Abstract: China's current land management law,which concerns about placing a strict control on the usages of lang. This model has its own legitimacy. When amending China's current land management law, we must adhere to the model of management right, and then modify and perfect the cankers,which is aimed at land planning authority,the regulation of land use right and land expropriation right. In the period of social transformation, it has little operational content to overthrow the model of land management right, which is accompanied by high risk,high risk and powerful shock to current laws.
