Abstract: The level of economic efficiency is an important standard to measure the success of the national economy mobilization activities. In-depth research on economic efficiency of the national economy mobilization not only adapts to the urgent needs to solve the realistic problem of national economy mobilization,meets the basic requirements of enriching economic efficiency under market economy,but also standardizes the study of national economy mobilization efficiency. Economic efficiency of national economy mobilization is the complex index of mobilization preparation efficiency,mobilization implementation efficiency and demobilization efficiency. At each stage of mobilization,the economic efficiency is affected by some main factors such as technology,production organization,institution,information and time. Based on the mechanism of these main factors,in order to improve economic efficiency of national economy mobilization,some actions should be taken,such as civil-military integration,docking mechanism of supply and demand,construction of legal system and the overall connection.
