Abstract:
Aimed at the impacts of organizational justice on organizational citizenship behaviors, this paper conducted a structural equational model study with the sample of employees from some Chinese enterprises. The results show that, the organizational justice significantly impacts organizational citizenship behaviors. Due to the prevalence of paternalistic leadership In China, interactive justice has a stronger correlation with organizational citizenship behaviors. Moreover, good communications and accurate information provision are the most direct and effective ways for employees to believe the organizational justice perceptions, and improvement of the democratic management view of leaders and the management participation of employees can help to enhance the employees' organizational citizenship behaviors.
