    The pm2.5 Efficiency of the Chinese Cities

    • 摘要: 利用非参数方法对2013年70个城市的pm2.5效率进行测算,得出如下结论:(1)城市pm2.5效率平均为0.527,pm2.5效率低下的主要原因在于中国城市的工业效率、城镇化效率和交通效率低。(2)东部城市的pm2.5效率明显高于中部、西部地区的城市,工业效率、城市化效率和交通效率也都高于中部、西部地区的城市,但是所有地区在上述几方面都存在很大的提升空间。(3)其他地区的城市在pm2.5、工业效率、交通效率和城市化效率都落后于长三角、京津冀和珠三角地区的城市。(4)中型城市的pm2.5效率、工业效率、交通效率和开发效率都高于其他规模的城市,而Ⅱ型大城市(100万以上、300万以下人口城市)的pm2.5效率、工业效率、城镇化效率和交通效率高于Ⅰ型大城市(300万以上、500万以下人口城市)、特大型城市和超大型城市,超大型城市的pm2.5效率最低。

       

      Abstract: By applying non parameter method,this paper study seventy cities' pm2.5 efficiency in China,which show:Firstly,the average pm2.5 efficiency is 0.527,the major reasons leading to low pm2.5 efficiency lay on low industry efficiency,low urbanization and low traffic efficiency. Secondly,the pm2.5 efficiency,industry efficiency,traffic efficiency and urbanization efficiency of eastern city is higher than The central and western cities,but there is much room for improvement in the above four efficiency for all cities. Thirdly,the efficiency of pm2.5,industry,urbanization and traffic in cities of the Changjiang delta,the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei delta and the Pearl River delta is higher than that of other cities. Fourthly,the efficiency of pm2.5,industry,development and traffic of the medium sized cities is higher than that of other sized cities,and the I type large sized cities is higher than the Ⅱ type large sized cities,colossal cities and mega cities. The pm2.5 efficiency of mega cities is the lowest.
