Abstract:
Taking the potential scientific and technological entrepreneurs as the research object,based on the questionnaire research method,research hypotheses of relationships among different perception of entrepreneurial opportunities,different entrepreneurial motivations and entrepreneurial intention were established. The methods of hierarchical regression models were built to empirically test such hypotheses. The results were as follows. The different entrepreneurial motivations were divided into two types,and opportunity motivation had significantly stronger influence on entrepreneurial intention than fame and gain motivation. Moreover,the different perceptions of entrepreneurial opportunity were divided into three types. Perception of entrepreneurial exploration opportunity,perception of entrepreneurial question opportunity and perception of entrepreneurial opportunity timing all had significant impacts on entrepreneurial intention. Finally,opportunity motivation had significantly stronger mediating role on the relationships between different perception of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intention.
