创业机会感知与创业动机对创业意向的影响——基于潜在科技型创业者的中介效应模型

    The Influence of Perceptions of Entrepreneurial Opportunity, Entrepreneurial Motivations on Entrepreneurial Intention-The Mediating Effect Model based on the Potential Scientific and Technological Entrepreneurs

    • 摘要: 以潜在的科技型创业者为研究对象,基于调查问卷研究方法,对不同创业机会感知因素、不同创业动机因素与创业意向之间的关系建立研究假设,并且采用分层回归模型方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明:首先,将不同创业动机因素分为两种,机会型创业动机正向显著影响高于名利型创业动机;其次,将不同创业机会感知因素分为3种,探索型创业机会感知、问题型创业机会感知与创业机会时机感知正向显著影响创业意向;最后,机会型创业动机在不同创业机会感知因素与创业意向的显著中介效应较强。

       

      Abstract: Taking the potential scientific and technological entrepreneurs as the research object,based on the questionnaire research method,research hypotheses of relationships among different perception of entrepreneurial opportunities,different entrepreneurial motivations and entrepreneurial intention were established. The methods of hierarchical regression models were built to empirically test such hypotheses. The results were as follows. The different entrepreneurial motivations were divided into two types,and opportunity motivation had significantly stronger influence on entrepreneurial intention than fame and gain motivation. Moreover,the different perceptions of entrepreneurial opportunity were divided into three types. Perception of entrepreneurial exploration opportunity,perception of entrepreneurial question opportunity and perception of entrepreneurial opportunity timing all had significant impacts on entrepreneurial intention. Finally,opportunity motivation had significantly stronger mediating role on the relationships between different perception of entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial intention.
