Abstract:
Urbanization is a complex systematic project. The way to promote the coordinated development of the urbanization system and transform urbanization development patterns fleetly is one of the important issues in the current urbanization construction. Based on the two-image dual theory, in the full space the urbanization system was designed with real image subsystem which is characterized by the level of urbanization and virtual image subsystem which is characterized by the efficiency of urbanization. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of real image and virtual image of the urbanization system, the paper measured the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system in China from 2006 to 2014 with the model of coordinated development degree. The results are as follows:(1)the urbanization level of China has been improved significantly, while the urbanization efficiency of China is in slight decline during inspection;(2)The coordinated development degree of the urbanization system nationwide and in the eastern regions roughly appears to be the shape of "M"; in the central region the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system presents slight variations with a slow descending trend during inspection; in the western regions the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system presents a rising tendency with a dynamic changing process of increasing firstly, decreasing secondly, and then increasing again;(3)There is a significant difference in the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system between different provinces, and the change of the coordinated development degree of the urbanization system of different provinces has distinct time-order characteristics.
