Abstract:
At present, the research on community governance focuses on the system and technology, but pays less attention to the impact of the spiritual world on community governance. In this sense, when we take the community mentality as a guide and return to the community "people" to think about community governance issues, community governance cognition becomes an effective condition and foundation for community governance. Therefore, this paper regards the community as a relatively independent social system, with vision, metaphor and framework as the research object of community governance cognition. The governance layer and the boundary constitute the horizon structure, and in this structure, the outline of the horizon is outlined by the context and the dialogue, and the intention of the horizon is reconstructed and merged. Thus, the structure, contours, and intentions form a cognitive horizon to observe and understand community governance itself. When it comes to daily life, the community will evolve into a metaphorical world, and metaphor becomes an important form of governance cognition. Its cognitive function is that it is the basis for organizing various concepts and the tools for generating life experience. The metaphorical rules and meanings derived from this function indicate that the metaphor is involved in the defining factors of community governance cognition and the value of cognition of community governance, and the existence of metaphor sources becomes the medium for the formation of governance cognition. In addition, starting from the framework of the psychological principles on which social life experience is transformed into subjective cognition,The relationship itself is arranged and optimized for the framework, the form and operation of emotions, and the type and content of imagination are the core element of the framework. Therefore,we construct community governance cognition with vision, metaphor and framework, and from this we can peep into the value and significance of community governance cognition for community governance.
