Abstract: With the tightening of subsidies and the implementation of the CAFC/NEV policy，China's new energy vehicles industry has accelerated from a policy-driven to market-driven transformation process. China's new energy vehicles market promotion level ranks in the forefront of the world. The fuel vehicle purchase restriction policy plays an important role in promoting the promotion of new energy vehicles. The quantity and production and sales volume continue to grow at a high speed，and the business model of periodic renting and separation of vehicles and power battery have been explored successfully. However，through comparison with other major automobile countries，it is found that China's new energy vehicles industry has insufficient technological investment，and insufficient infrastructure construction also restricts the development of China's new energy vehicles industry. Forecast analysis shows that China's new energy vehicle market will continue to grow rapidly，and the separation of vehicle and power battery will become the mainstream model in the future. The government should comprehensively plan the construction of power switching stations as soon as possible.
