儒家人本理念的伦理性与超越性论析

    On the Ethics and Transcendence of Confucian Humanism

    • 摘要: 儒家人本理念具有鲜明的伦理性特征,即便是宋明心学所看重的“自我”也不是基于对个体情欲的肯定的自我,而是指向孝事父母的伦理性与孝事天地的超越性。源自天地之心的人心之爱呈现出天地的生生之德,其中蕴含两个重要面向:一是由天地赋予人心的仁德,一是人以下学的工夫上达天地之心。而人心之爱敬并非自动开启,须依靠最根源的天地之教,天地所教的最本初的内容也是人伦之理。在根源上,人与万物共同禀受的天命之性,二者的差别在于气禀不同,此是人贵于万物的根本所在,而对“天命之性”概念的保留则保持了人本理念的超越性。儒家人本理念是基于天地生德的观念,因而逐于物质名利是人的自贱自欺的行为,同时也是对天地的贬低。儒家人本理念不仅是全球视域中的人本思想的重要补充,更是救治现代性笼罩下的人本思潮弊病的良方。

       

      Abstract: Confucian humanistic concept has distinct ethical characteristics. Even the self valued by Song and Ming mind learning is not based on the affirmation of individual lust, but on the ethics of filial piety to parents and the transcendence of filial piety to the heaven and the earth. The love of human heart from the heart of the heaven and the earth shows the virtue of the heaven and the earth, which contains two important aspects. One is the benevolence endowed by the heaven and the earth, the other is the effort of human beings to reach the heart of the heaven and the earth. The love and respect of the human heart does not start automatically, but depends on the most fundamental teaching of the heaven and the earth, which is also the principle of human relations. In the root, the difference between human and other things lies in the difference of Qi endowment, which is the fundamental reason why human is more noble than other things, while the retention of the concept of the mandate of heaven maintains the transcendence of the humanistic concept. The Confucian idea of humanism is based on the idea virtue of life, so pursuing material fame and wealth is a behavior of self abasement and self deception, and also a derogation of the heaven and the earth. Confucian humanistic idea is not only an important supplement to humanistic thought in the global perspective, but also a good remedy for the shortcomings of humanistic thought under the influence of modernity.
