Abstract:
In the event of a global epidemic, regional war, or political conflict, major countries in the world shift their focus to reshaping the industrial supply chain. A company law is a type of policy law, which is different from The Civil Code. There are legal static norms and dynamic supplementary mechanisms in the power structure. Therefore, according to enterprise policies on economic security and the “fixed chain” policy of supply chain, to study the legal issues such as the relationships between shareholders, directors, and the company concerned with internal and external cooperation and extensive problems among companies will shed some light on optimizing the rules of company law.
