Abstract: The expansion of commercial organizations rights is different from that of natural persons, which shows different contents and directions in the expansion of rights. Therefore, it is necessary to build a logic system which could determine the legal effect of rights expansion in commercial organizations. The logic of commercial organizations’ rights expansion lies in their pursuit of profit, the promotion of freedom in trade, and the maintenance of stability in organizations and transactions. Meanwhile, the expansion of the rights in commercial organizations is also restricted by public purpose, public efficiency and public security. Only by respecting the logic of commercial organizations’ rights expansion can we better regulate the behavior of commercial organizations and promote the development of commercial transactions.
