Abstract:
In the context of rapid development of population aging, it is important to implement the concept of positive aging with the help of digital intelligence technology to help the elderly achieve the positive goal of smart senior care. Digital intelligence empowerment to help silver hair tourism is proven to be an effective way to develop smart senior care. In this paper, first-hand data was obtained through in-depth interviews with elderly travelers, and grounded theory was used to summarize core information behaviors of elderly travelers, and finally 118 initial concepts, 34 initial categories and 10 main categories were obtained. At the same time, in this paper, the elderly travelers were divided into three stages: before, during and after travel, and the mechanism and influence relationship of each category in the corresponding stage were clarified, and the information behavior framework of elderly travelers was summarized from the process perspective. The framework provides a fine-grained overview of composite cross-situational and cross-field information behaviors of elderly travelers in the process of interacting with digital intelligence technology in different stages of tourism, which, on the one hand, can provide theoretical reference for subsequent research on silver-haired tourism. On the other hand, it can provide reference for the refinement and improvement of related policies.
