Abstract:
Key core technologies are heavily constrained, and traditional technical barriers are no longer the only constraints on the development of key core technologies, so domestic enterprises have triggered many new technical challenges when enhancing their independent innovation capabilities by relying on their own strength. Starting from the endogenous relationship between the industrial chain, the enterprise chain and the technology chain, this paper constructed an analysis model of key core technology barriers in Chinese manufacturing industry, and analyzed the impact of key core technology broken chain barriers, technical blocking chain barriers and technical weak chain barriers on the upgrading of the industrial chain based on the Industrial enterprise data and industrial enterprise patent data of China. The study found that the key core technologies broken chain, technical blockage chain and technical weak chain of manufacturing industry hindered the upgrading and development of Chinese industrial chain. Further analysis of possible implementation measures to alleviate the dilemma of technological growth and their effects found that increasing R&D investment and increasing technology introduction only has easing effect on technology broken chains and technical chain barriers, have no obvious effect on technological weak chain barriers, and improving the level of marketization can effectively alleviate the systematic impact of key core technical barriers on the industrial chain upgrading.
