Abstract: The new quality productivity is an interpretation of Marxist productivity theory in the new era, the advanced productivity driven by scientific and technological innovation, and a product of the multiplier effect of data elements. Digital transformation can empower new quality productivity development through product iterative upgrading, best practice promotion, whole-process hardware and software transformation, e-commerce platform empowerment, supply chain hierarchical transformation, simulation cloud platform. Domestic medium and small enterprises, relying on the industrial internet operating system, with the help of the domestic one-stop intelligent service platform, the integration of “technology + connection + ecology”, and the use of platform enterprise digital transformation diagnostic services, promote productivity and production relations. In the face of the important challenges and bottlenecks in digital transformation, Chinese enterprises should further strengthen the pilot demonstration of digital transformation should be further strengthened to stimulate the endogenous power of new quality productivity; strengthen the supply of digital services and improve the service level of new quality productivity; build a digital talent training system to consolidate the talent base of new quality productivity; ensure the security of digital information and improve the risk prevention ability of new quality productivity; strengthen the supply of various factors, and improve the ecosystem of new quality productivity, so as to accelerate the cultivation and formation of new quality productivity, and boost the high-quality development of China’s real economy.
