Abstract: The cultural form of first-class universities based on cultural confidence refers to a cultural form that takes Xi Jinping Thought on Culture as the fundamental guideline, takes the creative integration of red genes and fine traditional Chinese culture as its spiritual core, takes the educational ecology of coordinated development of material civilization and spiritual civilization as its practical carrier, and takes cultivating new people of the era who are capable of shouldering the responsibility of national rejuvenation as its value goal. The theoretical foundation for its construction lies in the dialectical unity of historicity and contemporaneity; the core path is the in-depth integration of subjectivity and practicality; and the pattern expansion is the organic coordination of localization and globalization. Currently, the construction of this cultural form faces challenges from multiple aspects such as the characteristics of the "Gen Z", the collision of diverse cultures, and the digital and intelligent communication environment. It is necessary to deepen the understanding of the contemporary connotation of spiritual culture, promote the advancement of cultural carriers with the times, and drive the innovation of educational methods based on reality.
