Abstract: In view of the problems in transforming modes of agricultural growth, some proposals are put forward as follows: first, renew the conventional notions of agricultural manangement; second, solve the problems such as the unclear and overhigh trading fare charged for agricultural products; third, strengthen the governmental adjustment and protection of agricultural development; forth, improve the circulating link so as to create a good condition for the peasents to exchange their products; fifth, establish a sound system of social services and an ensuring mechanism in rural areas.
