Abstract: Construction engineering price should be based on the engineering value and its transformations.. The formation way of construction engineering price in our country should be formed during the competition of tendering bidding according to general market economic rules and experiences in developed country. But the reform on formation way of engineering price should go with the economic system of our country, especially with the investment management system and industry management system.
