Abstract: Venture capital consulting is a new business providing media consult to start ups and investment institutions. Many companies enter this business because the apparent advantages of consulting online and some online models come into being initially. This paper is a research of such key factors of the business model as economic background and revenue channel. Our research proves the necessity to improve the efficiency of the Venture Capital Online, for which the investor must pay special attention to the three aspects:first,possess a mechanism for offering variety of information;second,assure the profit model for future development;finally, guide the development of specialization and cooperation in this field.
