Abstract: With the sample of Z COMPANY, a great state discrete enterprise, this article analyzes its construction and implementation of the manufacture operation management system and focuses on a few principles of its successful implementation systems. Furthermore, it presents some problems of the commonness which appear in the implementation of manufacture operation management system in the discrete enterprises in China.
