论我国应试教育的缺失

    The deficiency of the Examination-oriented Education in China

    • 摘要: 随着知识经济时代的临近 ,国与国之间的竞争日益明显地表现为知识创新上的竞赛 ,教育的基础性作用也日益凸现出来。充分认识创新人才需要具备哪些基本素质和应试教育培养出来的人才有哪些主要缺陷 ,是搞好教育改革的前提之一。本文对应试教育的主要缺陷进行了分析 ,认为应试教育把大批有创造潜能的聪明孩子排挤在校门之外 ;泯灭学生的个性 ,使学生失去追求知识的兴趣 ,甚至产生厌学情绪 ;培养出来的学生只会求同 ,不善于独立思考 ,分析、批判能力差 ;思维能力不强 ,知识面狭窄 ;缺乏远大志向 ,意志薄弱 ,考虑个人多。

       

      Abstract: The approaching age of knowledge economy predicates that the international competition will be changed to that of knowledge innovation for which the primary role of education appears very important. The important premise to conduct well the educational reform requires good understanding of what qualities the creative personnel must possess and what causes the main deficiencies of those personnel trained by the mode of exam-oriented education. The article takes a close examination of the major educational deficiencies that excludes great number of children with creative potentiality out of schools.
