Abstract: Civil law concept is formed on the basis of the full development of commodity economy.It is an ideological and cultural guarantee of the development of civil society and democratic politics. Most of Chinese civilians have always been lacked a civic law concept. Therefore, we should first pay attention to strengthening the legislation work of civic law (private law), and then be aware that modernization of traditional law culture is the key to the enhance of national concept of civil law.
