Abstract: Founding universities' technology gardens is an effective way of accelerating the transplanting technological achievements, developing high tech industry, constructing national system of knowledge and technology innovation. This article retrospects the background and history of founding Chinese universities' technology gardens, and brings about the corresponding countermeasures to their further development.
