Abstract: This article starts with the general theories of investment from multi national companies, and then discusses the relevant factors influencing the selection of investment areas and industries. Based on the analysis, the article puts forward the corresponding policies and specific measures on the issues of the barriers and problems that have emerged in the western areas when absorbing and utilizing the investment from multi national companies.
