Abstract: China has canceled the original examine and approve system for operation qualification of imports and exports and implemented the register and approve system. This paper analyzes the negative effect that this reform brings to the state owned specialized foreign trade companies and the primary problems that those companies have. Meanwhile, the responding measurements for these companies to develop continually are given in this paper.
