Abstract: The development of technological innovation raises a series of new problems to engineering education. The lack of practicing sector and the closure of the knowledge system are not applicable to the technological innovation by all appearances. The new engineering education needs the breakthroughs in the sense of technology and education, and should have the characteristic of such modes as the fundamental, the participant and the practical.
