Abstract: The essence of language convergence embodies pragmatic adaptation theory.Language convergence theory is basically pragmatic adaptation based on socio psychological phenomena. Through the analysis of convergence phenomena, this article discusses the emergence of it and the pragmatic effect of intercultural convergence.
