Abstract: To enter the market and develop its financial sector, China must live up to its interest rate, to enter the market. The malpractice of the current (interest rate) system is analyzed and, the conditions necessary enter the market, specified. Obstacles to this process, coupled with recommended countermeasures are, additionally, noted.
