试论大学的“近亲繁衍”现象与大学的创新机制

    On the "Inbreeding" of the Universities and their Innovative Mechanism

    • 摘要: 中国高校中的“近亲繁衍”现象由来已久并有其存在的历史与文化基础, 但这种现象与当今大学所肩负的知识创新与人才创新的任务是矛盾的。中国高校如果不从根本上控制或杜绝这种现象, 知识创新与制度创新的生命力就会受到影响。本文分析了中国高校中“近亲繁衍”现象产生的社会和文化基础, 论证了它的危害性, 提出了高校人事制度改革的政策性建议。

       

      Abstract: The long existing phenomenon of "Inbreeding" of the universities has its historical and cultural causes, and contradicts the task of innovating knowledge and talents shouldered by today's colleges. The vitality of the innovation of knowledge and system will be affected if the colleges in China fail to control or put an end to this phenomenon. This article analyzes the social and cultural causes of the phenomenon of "Inbreeding" of the Chinese colleges, discusses its harms, and presents some advice on the reform of the personnel policy of the colleges.
