Abstract: The understanding of the characteristics of the economic effects of education is inadequate in a society that has a high expectation for the economic effects of education. This article states and briefly analyzes some unknown characteristics of the economic effects of education, such as unequal effects, bi-polarity, occasionality, fluctuation, multi-phenomena, phases and float.
