Abstract: The major general trend of the international education of morality and the citizens are: countries all over the world give increasingly more attention to the education of morality and the citizens; the scope of the education of morality and the citizens is expanding day by day; the emphasis on the direct education of morality and the citizens has been switched to the indirect education of morality and the citizens; the closed type teaching materials have been substituted by open situational teaching materials; all the countries will attach more importance to internet education of morality and the citizens.
