Abstract: The influence of teachers' teaching is dependent upon the characteristics of the individual teacher, which is highly efficient, flexible, influencial and inspirational. The teachers should fully acknowledge these features, and practice the combination of teaching knowledge and cultivating characteristics, of teaching by modeling and by words, and of theory and practice.
