Abstract: Socrates claimed that he was often inspired by spirits, with which he was charged and sentenced guilty. In fact, the spirits claimed by Socrates are Socrates himself, and the sound of the spirits is a voice from the bottom of his heart, which is his self and individual consciousness. The spirit view of Socrates reflects an inner conflicts between his self and individual consciousness and traditional principles and beliefs, which led to the tragedy of Socrates.
