Abstract: To accelerate the growth of science and technology, and maintain its competitiveness and national security, Israel government made out and carried out a series of special policies for the promotion of science and technology in the 1960s. After dozens of years' efforts, Israel has not only turned into an immense science and technology garden, but taken a lead in some fields of science and technology in the world. These policies and measure by Israel government deserve our research and our learning.
