Abstract: Ba se d on the practice of developing MIS using VB.NET, this paper introduced the tech nology of microsoft.NET, especially the VB.NET, the ADO.NET and the Crystal Re ports, at the same time, this paper also introduces how to use this new technol ogy in developing MIS based on hybrid structure of C/S and B/S .
