Abstract: It is Frankfur t School that firstly brought forward "Culture Industry" theory and gave a deep an alysis and criticism on the model of Capitalism culture. Culture Industry is an important phenomenon of modern society and appears a globalization tendency in current time. We should face the new development of culture reconsidering the theory of "Culture Industry".
