Abstract:
The journal of social sciences of a university is an organic part of the university's entire w ork, for the journal functions both as a presentation of its academic achieveme nts and as a garden for the growth of academic researches. In addition, it unde rtakes the task of guiding the authors and readers in their academic activities. Then, what are the qualities required as an academic journal? And does it nece ssary to require the editors to be scholarized? This paper puts forward some po ints on these issues.
