Abstract: The unilateral recognition of the essence and rules of education makes us less respectful to education itself.The main causes are that we attach too much on the education goal with political and economic purposes,that we still are practicing policies and regulations with strong planned economy characteristics.The negative effect resulted from neglect of essential and objective rules of education is all-round,fundamental,the most obvious being its deviates education from its original direction of fostering the lofty the moral the reasoning the wise and developing and creating social civilization.Therefore,the principles respect to and reverence of education plus following its rules that serves as the rational premises for education development or rejuvenation of national culture.
