Abstract: The paper introduces the theory of technolocal philosophy byAndrew Feenberg an occidental Marxist.He combines the broad theoretical arguments with actual experiences and put forward such points as democratization in technological fields,technical rules and optional technical rationality.His theory defends for modern technological theory against"Anti-Intrinsics Theory".His the-ory of technological criticism provides us with some significant recognition of contemporary science and technology.
