WTO与中国人力资源开发的时空互动关系初探

    The Time-Space Interaction between WTO and China' s Human Resource Development

    • 摘要: 加入WTO后,经济全球化将与中国人力资源开发产生深刻的时空互动关系,包括对思想观念、社会风气、人才战略,对人力资源管理制度、人才激励机制、人力资源开发用制约因素,对人力资源开发主体、人力资源分布格局,对人才劳动力成本、人才劳动力价格及人才流动等不同层面、不同领域产生影响。

       

      Abstract: After access into WTO,China' s human resource development will temporally and spacialy interact with the economic globalization in a profound way.It' ll in various level and fields result in such effects as on ideology,social convention,intellectual strategy,managing regulations of human resource,incentive mechanism for intellectual,conditioned factors for developing human re-source,the main body of human resource development,distribution pattern of human resource,cost and value of intellectual labor force and the flow of the talented.
