摘要: 作者对当前我国人力资源状况与世界部分国家的情况进行了比较性研究,在此基础上分析了我国开发人力资源的紧迫形势,提出了加强人才资源开发和人力资源管理的建议。

Abstract: By a comparative study of current status of human resource in China with that in some other countries in the worldIV,the author analyses the urgent situation and proposes to strengthen exploitation and management of human resource in China.
