Abstract: Based on the related theory available,the paper takes a multifaced view of the interior mechanism of enterprise competitiveness.It points out that in the age of new economy,to strengthen competitive power and confront challenges,enterprises should gain driving force through learning and independently shape their comprehensive capacity in a spiral manner.
