摘要: 技术性壁垒这种非关税壁垒形式以其正义的外衣、巨大的影响力和借助科技的快速发展越来越成为国际贸易中不可忽视的保护手段。中国作为国际贸易组织(WTO)的新成员更应在这方面有所了解,并积极应对。

Abstract: Technological barrier as a non-tariff form is quickly becoming a more important protective means in international trade with its justified appearance,tremendous influence and by means of the rapid growth of science and technology.As a new member of WTO,China should have a deeper understanding and actively deal with the situation.
