Abstract: In the knowledge economy,the progress of science and technology generate more and more contribution.Technological in-novation is playing a more remarkably important role as the engine for modern economic growth.Being the"activator",incentive mechanism of technological innovation serves as the driving force in the process of innovation.The author discusses the main prob-lems in incentive mechanism of technological innovation and further put forward the corresponding countermeasures in the formation of such a mechanism.
