Abstract: it' s to some ext en t recognized the importance of nonverbal communication,however,,most research re st on gestures,body languages and facial expression.This paper discusses graphic uses in communication and analyses both the referential meaning and the implied meaning.Furthermore some teaching case studies of the graphic communicational f unction are presented.
