Abstract: By disposing of a g reat number of appeals over education right,European human rights organization h as on a practical ba-sis unveiled the substance and extension of education righ t as well as compulsory education.Range of obligation is defined for mem-ber st ates to set up education system and protect rights concerning private schools,pa rents and foreign educates.Although the Euro-pean institution of human rights t akes a positive role in protecting the right to education,which provides other c ontinents with some reference,the right to education protected by it is still no t integrated.
