Abstract: Based on the exerg y analysis thinking in thermodynamics,the production,storage and utilization proce sses of the natural exergy are analyzed.It is indicated in this paper that the e nergy flow,substance flow and information flow can be unified under the exergy c oncept.A new natural resource outlook,which the natural resources is the exergy resources,is proposed.
