Abstract: Capital credit ev al uation trade is an indispensable intermediary organization in the age of credit economy.Along with the advance of economy and capital market,the demand for the capital credit evaluation trade,viz.the demand for credit ranking will in-creas e greatly.The pluralism of the following elements-potent government support,bui lding of credit system and trade ranking will help the profession become an impo rtant component in the fields of finance and management.By analyzing the existin g problems causes and problems in China,the author tries to find out effective c ountermeasure.
