Abstract: The study of law value should start with clarifying the philosophical concept "value". Establishing the value concept with the core of mature Anthro centralism is the prerequisite and basis of constituting the fundamental framework of environmental law. According to this, we bring about the general scheme of the fundamental framework of environmental law.
