Abstract: How will China's education participate in the international competition after China's access to WTO? How do we understand and grasp the essence of the internationalization of higher education? How do we cope with the relationship between the quantity increase and quality detainment in developing the higher education and pushing forward the mass higher education? On these issues the present author of this article makes comments, and presents the point of diversification of educational quality.
