Abstract:
With the rapid augmentation of the enrollment scale of higher education in recent years, the teaching resources have become relatively scarce, and thus the problem of teaching quality is growing critical. This article analyzes the hidden causes degrading teaching quality after the universities' enrollment augmentation, and meanwhile advocates strengthening the sense of teaching quality. In addition, through a close study of the theories and ideals of teaching management, the present author put forward the counter measures to improve teaching quality.
